How we approach façade engineering
The façade is where structure, architecture and weather meet. We engineer the envelope so that deflection, movement, water and fire performance are resolved before the system is procured.
We work with architects, builders and façade contractors from concept through to shop drawing review and site inspection, keeping the design intent intact through value management and fabrication.

Unitised and stick systems, structural glazing, mullion and fixing design.

Panel support design, sub-framing, fixings and thermal movement allowance.
Balustrades & Screens
Glass and metal balustrades, privacy screens and louvre support engineering.
Façade Wind Loading
Design pressures to AS 1170.2, including local pressure zones and testing input.
Weatherproofing & Testing
Water penetration detailing and AS 4284 test regime specification and witnessing.
Façade Remediation
Combustible cladding replacement, defect diagnosis and rectification design.
