The challenge
The project involved civil works within the public domain, requiring careful coordination between the proposed development, existing road infrastructure and Council requirements.
- Existing road levels and services, restricted construction areas, pedestrian and vehicle access requirements, stormwater drainage, and the need to maintain safe access throughout construction.
- Ensuring the proposed footpaths, kerbs, roadworks, drainage and public domain upgrades integrated seamlessly with existing infrastructure while achieving the required levels and grades.
